Five Icon Dock! how to you get it to work

i got the five icon dock from cydia but how to you get it to work, it's not showing up in winterboard???

That's not what he's asking. he's asking how does he get five icons in the dock if he already has the app.

Just drag a 5th icon to your dock.

can I ask another (hopefully not stupid) question, I have the ABAT theme which does appear in winterboard! but it says it has 150 app icons UI sounds and more, where are the options for these??

Don't have that theme so I'm assuming you'll have to SSH to your iPhone and rename the icons/sounds to what you want your iPhone to use.
