Five icons

WHich folder do I have to ssh into, to delete five icon dock and five column.

I bet if you use Cydia to install them on top of your manually added files you can then use Cydia to remove them.

How did you add them? Assuming you added them from a deb or through Cydia/Rock, you should be able to uninstall them using dpkg. Try:

dpkg -r com.saurik.iphone.fid
dpkg -r net.r-ch.fcsb

If you're not sure you want to delete them, you can turn them off with SBSettings.
