Fix Colorful Vert. Lines

Here is how to fix the vertical lines on the macbook
i have seen many threads and wanted to point out this easy fix

1.Restart computer while resetting pram (hold command,option,p,r) until you hear chime twice
2.Go to system pref.
3.go to displays
4.change resolution to anything but max
5. change resolution back to normal
6. restart computer
FIXED!

please try this and let me know if it works for you too
i have seen so many threads complaining about this problem, and this has fixed it for everyone i know of

I have theese wierd horizontal lines on my Macbook that show up sometimes (they are on right now). Have you heard anything about this and would the directions you just posted fix it?

i have never seen that, try the steps and see if it works, it couldnt hurt
