It's almost the best of both worlds, since the most appealing aspect of the existing flaw is that it allows the hacking in the first place. Very nice of the intruder to lock the unlocked kitchen door on their way out. :)

I *think* that the TIFF exploit was used for the first unlocking of 1.1.1, but is no longer used, but I am not sure if that is true. I am pretty sure a different method is now used, that does not need the TIFF thingy.
