Fix for keychain bug needed!

I am not ready to update to HS yet, as I am testing apps with it on an external disk: so really would like a security update ASAP.

So... security update today, but no mention of this being fixed... which is worrying if it still affects El Cap and Sierra... or was the guy who reported it wrong?
