Fix HDMI Port Apple TV 128GB 4K 2022?

Well I found a Apple TV 4K 128GB with remote and power cord in the box at a garage sale. It is out of normal warranty. The seller only wanted $35 for it but told me its broken. I thought, well for the remote thats worth it so I bought it. The HDMI port is destroyed. It seems his nephew took keys to it when it was on the floor when they were moving stuff around. Any ideas on maybe a way to fix it or just toss it? I looked up Apple Repair costs and its pretty much as much as buying another one.

Depending on how the HDMI port is attached to the logic board, replacement may be possible as people have had the HDMI port replaced on their Playstation.

Have you asked if Apple will take it as a trade-in for a store credit while you keep the remote?
