Ok, like others, I've been finding AdSheet, TrustMe, and various other hidden apps (no icon no name) on a separate page of my iPhone 3GS (v4.2)...the only way I knew they were there was when I was trying to delete an app I saw the little x over the hidden icons (hopefully when I deleted them, they didn't actually get deleted!). I've found out that Poof! works. Poof! is an app from Cydia that hides apps from your GUI. It should be a permanent fix as long as you keep the app installed.
