I notices something that bothered me often about how the iPhone handles text messages, and it seems thatcis fixed now.

What would happen is say you were having a texting conversation with John. When you were done you didn't put it back to the home screen and instead just locked it and dropped it your pocket.

Some time later, you get a text from Sally, and on the lock screen it says "slide to view"

When you slide it, it brought you back to the conversation with John, which was both annoying and confusing.

This is now fixed. Now, when you slide to view there is a subtle animation that slides the old conversation off screen and replaces it with the new text message that you wanted to see, the one you were notified about.

A minor fix, bit a fix nonetheless

I love the transitions on the iPhone. Smooth and relaxed - enough to show you what it's doing but not annoying and needy like MS.

I had this problem just this morning while playing my iPod so I don't think it's fixed
