Fixed, please delete

I keep trying to download an app but itunes keeps telling me 'you must accept the new terms and conditions before we can proceed'. So I press ok and it starts to take me to a place were I can accept the terms and conditions but it just is stuck like that forever loading...

Anyone else having this problem? 😕

Not on my 4S I'm not but I had that problem this morning with my Daddy's iPad.

I think the Apple ID server might be down. Unable to Log In to an account, either through my new phone or iTunes.
