I'm looking for an app that scans my files and folders and finds naming errors that contain (/), :)), (..) for example video.-.avi, etc.

Why can't you just use search in Finder?

For changing them, I recommend A Better Finder Rename.

Take a look at the suggested app:
    A Better Finder Rename. (ABFR)
It will likely do what you want.
You can use special symbols as a search criterion within ABFR
