Fixing Pixels?

I just noticed I have a pixel stuck on purple on my screen...is there any way to fix this? Also, when problems like this start, do they propagate?

I have the extended warranty (bought about a year ago), so when should I pursue a replacement?

Try this software.

Nope it won't propagate. And no you won't have a replacement.I had one (dead) at the second day of use and they didn't replace it because they said that this is a natural thing.... They would replace your screen only if you had 5-6 or more dead or stuck pixels.

It's like the game of life; will affect neighboring cells.

I jest, but you can't fix it really nor will it affect other pixels.
