Do any of you have any tips for freshing up the TiBook? I have the 867 mhz that came out around October of 2002. Is there paint to fix up dings? A major thing is that the right hand side of the keyboard plate caved in. The metal on the same surface of the keyboard sunk in on the right front corner, and it is annoying. The right ruber bumper for the screen turned to goo one day. It is like it turned to liquid cause the whole thing rubbed right off. The keys are fine, but is there any third party vendors who make silver keys or something cool like that?

Hardware forum, I know but.... my Ti didn't crash once in the first year. This summer the Japanese looking screen has popped up 5 times. Is there any good ways of "refreshing" the system to clean out bugs. I already use the System Utilities.

Anyother cool things to customize the TiBook in general? This would be a good thread to share anytips in fixing up or customizing the exterior or the OS system itself. My main problem is the colapsed face plate, I would like to know how to fix it.

Thanks.
