FLAC>WAV>MP3 without losing song titles?

How do I do the above without having to re-enter all the ID3 tags?

Why not just go FLAC > MP3 without an intermediate step?

If you lose tags and need to rebuild, including using filenames, Doug's AppleScripts for iTunes is a great resource for managing your iTunes tags and files.

I'd go from FLAC to Apple Lossless or MP4, if you need to use those files in iTunes, iPod etc.
