Flakey MacBook

I have a C2D MacBook that has started acting a little funny in that it will run good for a while and then it alternates between video issues (colored lines) and RAM issues (RAM error on post). The errors seem to be sporadic and I cannot generate any one error/problem. Am I safe in assuming that in all likelihood my logic board is beginning to fail? Thanks

Pull a DIMM and see if that fixes your issue, if not pull the other DIMM.

Both DIMM's have been replaced but I'll give it a try.
