It's called Frash, and was a reverseengineering port of the Android binary. It was unstable and the developer gave up, because it was out of his league to make it any more stable than it was. It had problems doing anything more than video too.

EDIT: I just realized that it was Comex who reverse engineer ported it, he is an awesome developer, and I meant no dissrespect to him. Never the less, I think the last update to frash happened in 2010 or something.
