For the last few days, watching any for of flash-based video on the internet, youtube for example, has been frustrating.

Every few seconds, the audio (and I think the visual) jitters. I've never experienced this before so I'm a bit stuck. I thought the perhaps updating to 10.5.6 might help so I did, but it didn't work. Repairing permissions didn't work.
It's not just in Safari, it happens in Firefox as well.
Anything else, like mp4, h264, avi, etc are fine. Just flash on the web.

Does anyone know what might be up? Is there a way to manually uninstall the flash driver and then re-install?

Thanks for your help.

Thank you, it's working fine now!
I guess something had gotten corrupt in there.
