Flash content not loading (YouTube videos etc.)

This just started now because I know I was watching a YouTube video just yesterday. All of a sudden no flash content on any website I go to will load. The grab below is all I see at YouTube. I just reinstalled Flash a few moments ago and rebooted but that didn't help.

I'm running a fresh install of 10.5.3.

Anybody know what's happening?

EDIT: Works in Firefox so it's just Webkit that's messing up. ???

EDIT: Solved.

Safari > Block Images and Plugins .... plugins was selected. I must've randomly checked it while going through the menus or something.
