Flash Drive Help

I formated my usb drive on my Mac to Journaled.
Now that I sold my Mac, I cant open that FlashDrive on my PC.
It doesnt even read.

Any ideas how to make it readable?

After you recovered your data and copied it to your HDD, reformat it as FAT32 and use it between OSs again if you like.

I see that the flash drive shows up but I cant restore it. I click it and it does nothing.
