Why are my photos,letters, and files scrambled on top of each other on my flash drive? Every flash drive inserted onto my macbook pro (2007) seems to be disorganized. Any suggestions?

is it in the Finder view of icons ? just set your finder to sort by something (e.g. filename) or change view to Details or similar.
