Flash in os x not registering keyboard input

I recently upgraded to adobe flash player MAC 10,0,12,36 on os x 10.5.5

i recently tried to play a flash game, but only to find out that any input from my keyboard, wouldn't (for lack of a better word) input. i tried uninstalling, then re-installing flash, and i repaired disk permissions twice.

does anyone know the cause of the problem? how i can fix it?

I don't know how to fix it. But I've heard that some on Linux had the same issue.

You may have to wait for an upgrade from Adobe. You think they would have tested things a bit more before releasing such a major product.
