Flash issue with Firefox

Is the attached normal? It actually happened not while watching Hulu or Youtube, but rather on this site with a silly flash banner at the bottom. I've never seen it before, so it took me off guard.

Can't answer your question, but in any case you ought to download the newest version of Adobe Flash Player (10).

Try downloading the latest version of Flash as stated in the post above http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Also, download AdBlock which is a plugin for Firefox which removes flash ad banners from websites. This speeds up website loading speed, reduce load on CPU (more batterylife) and is an excellent antidote against annoying ads. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

NoScript is also a good one to have.
