whats a good flash book to have to learn flash from?

i understand flash has a high learning curve and i want a book that will make it easy to understand. anything from barnes n noble? hell anything online really... free tutorials whatever... as long as its good sheet.:D

it's not really that hard, especially if you've used illustrator or photoshop before. actionscripting could be difficult though if you've never done comp programming...especiallly if you have a hard time making sense of the semi-dragndrop programming interface. from all the non-super-artsy books I've seen/gotten, the official macromedia book was actually the most helpful. i dunno what it's ISBN or anything is, but in the past it's had the same outer design as the flash splash screen and it says 'official macromedia press' on it somewhere
