Flash player skipping, stalling

Hello, I've been having this problem for awhile and just dealt with it, but lately it's beginning to bother me. I'm on a Macbook and on Firefox, and I primarily use Youtube/Dailymotion for the Flash player, and the video constantly skips and/or stalls. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Flash, done a fsck check, etc. The thing is, Flash works on other browsers such as Opera...but I'm too used to Firefox to move. I posted this on the Adobe Forums, but not answers yet...I'm not sure if this is the right sub-topic to post in.


I'm not too sure what to do next...any help would be appreciated.
