Flash Plugin disappeared

I went to YouTube today and it said my flash plugin is gone. I tried reinstalling it but, for some reason it's not installing into the plugins folder. I've already tried repairing permissions and that didn't solve the problems. Help!

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Flash player?
