Flash uses 50% of CPU...

Is there any solution to this? Its ridiculous. YouTube videos peg one of my processors at 100%. My fans spin up and my MacBook gets hot. Its really getting annoying.

MacBook 2.0ghz C2D. Flash shouldnt take 10% of the CPU. Anyone got any ideas?

Flash is VERY cpu intensive. On my mac pro is uses about %30-%40 of a single core. So on a 2ghz C2D %50 would not be unbelievable.
