Flash Webcam Chat?

Hi there, been trying to get flash video chat to work on my Dual 2.3 Ghz G5. I have tried the hacked Flash Player.plugin 11.1, 11.5, 11.6, and 16-something to no avail. Maybe it's the javascript holding me back - no idea. But even on iwebcam.com, it says i need a newer version of flash. Youtube videos work without a hitch, but for the life of me I can't get any flash webcam sites to load to login screen. I am trying to get this to load:

Any way to make it work?

From your screenshot, you appear to be using TenFourFox - this browser will not allow plugins of any kind, so Flash will not be invoked regardless of the version installed.
You could try in Safari/Webkit which still uses Flash, however, I've tried the site myself and Flash won't function. Generally, the hacked version works for most sites but there is the occasional one that won't comply.
