    try wix

    Wix.com

actually fueled by MS but the best free flash site designer I have ever known; drag n'drop ad supported, or you can buy your site creations for a price and remove branding; I haven't used it for a full site, just creating flash elements with the eash (&limitations) of an iWebby newbie friendliness

Thanks for the info. Yeah I am just wanting something simple to build one site for my business. I looked at wix.com and its pretty cool, I found Handz on.com and have thought about using them.
