I have downloaded and installed Flash for my iMac and also the Adobe media Viewer. I still can't view Flash videos from a Windows website. Is there a problem with the download or is this to be expected?

See if your Flash Player version shows up here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_15507&sliceId=1
If it does, then it's installed correctly and sites that use Flash should work fine. What sites in particular don't work? Can you view YouTube videos?
