Flashed 6800GT

So does the flashed 6800GT draw enough power to make the optical unusable? I installed mine today at lunch and after the install the computer did not detect the optical drive. I guess I could have screwed up the 7yo ribbin cable but that seems unlikely. What am I missing?

Doubtful, I've seen PowerMacs with multiple things piggybacked off of the optical drive power source with no problems reported. Perhaps a pin came loose somewhere along the line?

I just took it apart and put it back together again and now it's fine..
