Given up on loading fcode from disk. My Digital Audio ended up unexplicably dying from trying to do it. The BootROM looks thrashed. Hardware POST passes, gets stuck in OF prompt with usb uninitialized. Tried pretty much anything I can so guess I'll have to get a new board or swap with a QS motherboard and PSU for now. I'm a bit pissed since that's one of the few machines I owned since they were brand new.

Don't try this with an initialized card.

Try and hold the power button at power on, hear the programers tone, keep holding, hear the boot chime, keep holding....

Should load open firmware with the defaults loaded:
