Flashing Sapphire 4870 in Mac pro 1.1 problems

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to flash my Sapphire HD4870 1gb card to my Mac Pro 1.1 running Lion using Zeus 2.8.
After removing my older ATI X1900XTX 512 mb out of my Mac pro I installed the Sapphire card. Then, I use my Macbook pro (screen share) to open Zeus on my Mac pro and flash the card with a rom I found on this forum (selecting "Lion" as Os X).

I always, whatever ROM or file I use, get the error from Zeus:
"Flash Aborted! Possible cause: ROM already identical to card firmware or card simply not compatible with Zeus".

I do not have bootcamp on my computer and cannot install it either (probably a story for a different thread).
The card does turn on (it is much more silent than my older ATI) when starting the computer, but there is a red light on on the graphics card. I don't know if that has anything to do with this error I'm getting.

So, is there anybody, anybody.. that can help me with this problem? Thank you in advance.

2 power cables?

Yes I have 2 power cables.. I use the one from my previous ATI and I bought one on eBay.
I don't believe that's it, and even if there would be something wrong with my power cables (I don't think there is), would this be the error message I'd get on Zeus?

I searched a lot on the internet but only a few people get this error..

Solved it with bootcamp, zeus didn't work.

Figured out how to install bootcamp. Without it, I would not have been able to solve my problem. Got my original BIOS with GPU-Z and used pipomolo method for EFI. Went back to mac, and tried to flash my card with ZEUS. !!THIS DID NOT WORK!! Zeus didn't work on my machine! I have no clue why.

Tried this method for flashing in windows with the same ROM:

And this worked. Got the full 1gb and it's much more quiet than my previous Ati X1900XT. I can now play Battle for middle Earth (Rise Of The Witch King) on super high graphics and play Saints Row 3. Everything works amazing now.
