Does anyone know why my icons suddenly reset back to there original icons at when an application is closed and reopened?

If youre maybe out of ideas, one of the following apps could be redesigned as well:
LiteIcon (The way most people change to your icons with cant be left behind right?)
Appcleaner
Screenflow
FileZilla
DaisyDisk
Chromecast
Wunderlist

I just stumbled upon this thread... Arn0 is pumping out some insane icons!
Over the last few weeks you guys have covered pretty much everything I use at least... But if Arn0 is still in this, I'd like to get a few requests in:
- Screen Sharing (the built-in VNC client for OS X... alas mostly ignored by icon creators)
- Transmit (I'm surprised this isn't so big, I've had a really hard time finding any variation of this icon, flat, iOS 7, nothing!)
- OS X Server (also ignored by the community... Understandable, though.)
- Macaw (could very well replace Coda as OS X's #1 for web design)
If you need the .icns for any of these, please let me know!
Again, insane stuff! If I had a company in need of a graphic designer, I'd make you an offer in a New York Minute!
