Of course - is there any reason why not this should be an option?!

Choice is always better. I'd prefer swipe texting so hopefully swiftkey kicks it into gear.

Two things (and ONLY two things) made me switch from iPhone 5 to Xperia ZR some 4-5 months ago: The larger screen on the Xperia (4,7") and the option to use Swype.

Now I hope that the next iPhone model will sport a 4,7" screen, and I really also hope that the iOS version will allow Swype. Text input is very important for me, and the present iPhone keyboard is simply not good enough for me.

Swype or SwiftKey soon to come to iOS???

Jayamat wrote almost two months ago: "For people who type a lot, the iOS keyboard is just infuriating. I just coped with it until I switched to Android as my smartphone OS (obviously) and found Swiftkey for Android. When you have seen how good it can be, you get mad when you use iOS and type anything."

I completely agree. Is there any news about this state of affairs?
