Flicker problem each time quit game

Hello,

I'm using mac mini model early 2009 with 2GB Memory connected to my Samsung LCDTV 32" using Mini-DVI to VGA Adapter. Since I upgrade my mini with Snow leopard this thing happen (please look at the video I've uploaded to youtube)

(now with 10.6.2 the problem still exist)

I don't know what went wrong. I did clean install upon upgrading to Snow Leopard.

Each time I quit any game, this problem appears. I have to restart to get it back to normal again.

Anyone having this problem?

nb: flick happen too when I change desktop resolution
