Is anyone else experiencing what I am in the video? I went to Apple today, and they want me to mail it in. It started happening right after the software update, watch3.0. only seems to happen on the notification pull down. Not sure how to fix and it's driving me nuts.

It's happening to me as well...just got my Watch 2.0 last week and am slightly annoyed by this. I wouldn't mind so much, but it prevents me from clearing the notification.

I'm still having the issue. I have turned off most notifications because of it. I went to Apple and they wanted to ship my watch out for repair. I told them no, I know its a software issue. It started with the latest iOS, but they have never seen the issue before. We cant be the only two with this problem...

There is no way we can be the only two...it literally happened to me from day one.

I can clear a couple of notifications and then it starts to flicker preventing me from easily doing anything with the other notifications. I have to either wait a bit while on that screen or go back to the home screen andswipe down again.

Whatevs....

Maybe it has to do with the OS? The notifications on my iPhone 7 do the exact same thing.

What happens if you do a force press and clear all of the notifications at once? I know it does not solve your problem, but it might make the Watch more usable.

I have an AW Sport S0 that is a year old and a SB SS S2 that is two days old and I have not seen this issue on either of them.

I actually haven't tried the force touch when this happens...but I'll guess it does the same when trying to swipe...nothing...

...but I'll give it a try next time...

With force touch you do not have to swipe. A message comes up saying clear all and you press the X to clear them.

Yep...and thank you for telling me (because I actually didn't know about the force touch)...but waiting for a few more notifications as it takes at least two or three to swipe off before it starts flickering...

I am having the same issue with my Apple Watch series 2 running watchOS 3.1.1

Anyone have any suggestions on a fix?

I bought the space black sport version on Black Friday, after a week I noticed the flickering as on the video, I went to Target to exchange for another one, after one week the flickering appear in the second watch, I checked in this forum for a solution but did not find any one with this problem until today, I like this watch so much that I thought that it was normal the flickering. After more than 30 days I thing is to late to return this watch to target or exchange it. I hope they can fix it with an update.

My series two ss does it also.
Couldn't reproduce it consistently for the Genius.
I thought I was the only one, genius said never seen that before
Made a video of problem and was told to mail it in for repair
The flickering has been there is all releases except I never noticed it with the first release during the first two weeks I had the watch.
An unpair repair (seems) to clear it up for several days then it's back
Not sending it back until there is a fix

That's really strange. I'm curious to find out what would be causing that. If it software or hardware related. I haven't seen too many reports or heard too many issues with this.

It appears it's affecting more Series 2 watches then it is the first generation Watch.

My watch was doing the same thing after an update. Sent watch in to Apple and they would only tell me my screen had a scratch. I’m so PO’d. They want $229 to fix my 6 month old watch. I can’t even see the scratch and for the life of me can’t figure out why they think it’s ok to sell a $400 watch that can be killed from a microscopic scratch. I’m so done with Apple. The photo below shows what the glitch is. Also, if I have the Mickey face on he keeps telling the time even without the face being pressed.
