Flickering screen

please help. My daughter's screen on her 5c has some strange flickering. I've tried a hard reset and nothing. Also tried to do a recovery mode and it wasn't coming up. Please see attached pic. Thanks for any help.

Couldn't it be the GPU and not the LCD? If the display was broken, I don't think you would see anything. looks more to be a graphical problem. Hardware nonetheless.

Definitely not a software issue.

Maybe ask you daughter what she did to her phone just before it started doing this.

Ive seen this before when repairing the 5c. It is defiantly a broken lcd.
