'Flight Control' for iPhone and iPad is Now Free for One Day

Firemint has dropped the price of their critically acclaimed Flight Control game to Free for the first time ever. The game is part of a daily promo from EA, and will only be free for one day. Flight Control was one of the first "classic" iPhone games that first pioneered the line-drawing game mechanic. The early Flight Control game video shows how its played:

Firemint followed up with an iPad version called Flight Control HD and just recently released an update to the game that added new levels and a 'rewind' feature that can be purchased in-app.

The game is a must have for anyone with an iOS device, and it's a great time to get it while it's free.

seems like they just changed it. expect it will work in a few. Both downloaded for me (US store).

What's the normal price for the iPad app? May download it on my Mac even though I don't have an iPad (yet).

Says free in the app store, but when downloading there is a Popup message price changed to 1 SFr (Swiss store).

I downloaded my copy directly off the App Store on my iPhone so try that if it doesn't work when downloading off iTunes.

be careful there is now 2 free versions for the ipod in the us store. one is free with ads and one is the paid version that is now free. so just make sure you get the right one. i think if you get the ipad hd one there is only 1 version of that so you should be safe.
