Been trying to find a good flip phone but options are sparse. One's which look good are all network locked. Usually to some obscure provider. Most others have poor customer reviews.

What I'm looking for
- Simple
- Reliable (both durability and reception)
- GSM Unlocked
- Long standby battery
- Loud, this is for someone hard of hearing who frequently takes out hearing aids. But it needs to not provide feedback if they are being worn. M3/T4 is not necessary as the hearing aids aren't that fancy.
- Flip phone (bar phones are out because of butt dialing, the locking options they have make it too difficult to use)
- Easy to read numbers when dialing

What I'm not looking for
- Smartphone
- Locked phones
- Lots of features (they can exist but they won't be used and need to not get in the way of being simple)
- Expensive (trying to keep under $150)

That will never happen :), last one that made any sense was Nokia E65, but that was ages ago.

Thanks. I should have mentioned it needs to work on T-Mobile. All the customer reviews say it doesn't work on T-Mobile.
My wife has a Coolpad Snap on T-Mobil. It works (makes calls), but overall I find the OS clunky. If all you want is a phone, the Coolpad might suffice but not sure it matches all your wants listed.

The only flip phone that comes to mind is a Motorola, I had a v170. It was a good unit, I'm not sure if it could work on T-Mobile though.
