Fliqlo.saver is damaged?

i downloaded fliqlo on my macbook yesterday and it worked perfectly fine, but today when i tried to open it it stopped working and it was only a black screen, so i tried downloading it again and after its installed this keeps appearing 'fliqlo.saver is damaged' and i tried deleting it but it still doesn't work, does anyone know how to fix this?

However I believe the error is due to the new OS X Mavericks update.
