I saw this today. I will try to get a screenshot but it went away before I could. It was floating around over the forum pages.

I saw it again yesterday on another computer.

I saw it today and got a screenshot with the url of the links

(I have only seen it on a PC and the windows screenshot system only lets me get one really quick)

Do you know what is causing this? I have seen it 3 times since 4:30 today (EST with daylight savings)
