Flock and ContentBarrier X4

My dad is going to test out ContentBarrier X4, and I wanted to know if it installs the parental stuff in any browser instead of just safari. I want to use flock, Shiira ( I think that is what it is called) Opera, Camino, etc. Thanks!

The Intego website claims that it works with any web browser, because it blocks them before the data gets to the browser. Source
