Flock "My World" in other Browsers?

Not sure if this topic belongs here, or in Mac Apps. I'll try here first.

So, I downloaded Flock again (hadn't looked at it in a year or so). Basically, there's one feature that I find really slick: the "My World" page.

I was wondering:

(a) Has anyone tried to create something similar in another browser?

(b) Does anyone know of something similar that's out there?

I've tried iGoogle and NetVibes. No bueno. Basically, I want the exact functionality of the "My World" page. I'd just rather not have to build it myself.

To those who would say: "Why not just use 'Flock'?"
I have only one honest answer: "It's ugly." Just my opinion...though the "My World" page looks pretty slick.
