I bought a Flolab NanoArmour ONETIME PRO Anti Reflective PolarSpectra 3D Infinity Edge screen protector in October. A few weeks later I dropped my iPhone and the screen protector cracked in the corner. I submitted a warranty claim and only had to pay $9.49 ($8.95 shipping plus $0.54 tax). It arrived a couple weeks later and I replaced the damaged screen protector.

I just dropped my iPhone again and tried to file another warranty claim. However, this time there's no free replacement.

The FAQ now says:

How many times can I make a warranty claim? Only one claim is allowed per product.

I was fine paying $50 for one screen protector because it had a lifetime warranty. I keep my iPhone for two years and had gotten two replacements in the past (just $9.49 for each replacement). However, now that it's limited to only one replacement, I won't be buying Flolab screen protectors anymore.

Hope this helps others in a similar situation.

Why should Flolab have to pay for your carelessness.
