FLV Video File Transfer To iTunes Library

Does anyone know how to transfer a flv video file that i downloaded from youtube using realplayer into my itunes library so i can put it on my ipod?
 
You need to transcode the flv into a format iTunes can understand. I use VisualHub for those types of files.
