fn keys help

hi,
i'm running windows 7 on my macbook pro. i'm also playing games on it and therfore i need the f keys (f1 tm f12). i now have to use the fn+f key to use the f keys, but is there a way to enable this so i can always use the f keys, and i don't need to use the fn key annymore?

System Preferences > Keyboard > Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys
