Hi everyone,
for the past two years I’ve been working on a native task manager for Apple devices, and I’ve just opened a TestFlight beta.

The app is called Focus one. It’s designed for people who want a clear structure and more focus, without the complexity of some advanced tools or the rigidity of simpler apps.
What makes Focus one different:
- Built around Areas (Work, Home, Personal, Projects, etc.) for real separation and focus
- Classic task management with predefined lists (Inbox, Focus, Next, Planned, Waiting, Anytime, Later, Done)
- Native SwiftUI app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac (Mac Catalyst)
- Sync via iCloud (CloudKit) with a strong focus on privacy
The beta is free during TestFlight, and I’m mainly looking for feedback on:
- Workflow and focus concept
- Usability on iPhone, iPad, and Mac
- Bugs or rough edges
