Focus setting not syncing between Mac & Apple Watch.

Al of my focuses are there, and I deleted a few, which I do not use.

I turn a focus off and on, from my iPhone and iPad, and my watch syncs accordingly.

However, when turning a focus off on my Mac, the watch does't comply.

If anyone can let me know what I'm doing wrong, I'd be very grateful.

Its a bug in macOS. I have the same.
