What the hell kind of question is this? Why would you want to?

You just admitted we are driving Apple's decisions be it one year or several years. Realistically it will be a minimum of two years like the Mini, three years like the Plus, or even more if the demand is sufficient..Nope, it would be a one run product if the rumor becomes true. Nobody uses foldable devices, and the current ones are crap.
Only the most horrible business would not pay attention to the customer's desires for a product. The market segment for foldable devices is more of a niche product status. The foldable iPhone is a rumor until Apple announces it. Apple is constantly planting false stories to root out illegal leakers in order to deal with unethical people. You just admitted we are driving Apple's decisions be it one year or several years. Everything I am hearing is 2Kany prediction on the pricing? I am guessing ballpark $3500; will definitely buy one just not sure should I wait until 2nd gen.
AMEN!Some things are better on a larger screen you can carry in your pocket.
Whether or not you want one, or think its worth the price and durability concerns, it's strange that people don't understand the benefits of a foldable.
Yeah. They are still relatively niche. I just happen to know a few people who have them. It’s a nice enough concept but they are so expensive when compared to a normal phone.I maybe see one person with a fold every three years or so.
They've tried the small phone experiment. For two years. It wasn't a big seller.I have an idea:
Take the iFold, remove half of it. Now that it’s no longer a foldable, you can remove that second screen entirely. With all of this expensive parts being removed you could sell it for a song.
Now that’s a small phone—a iPhone Micro perhaps? We’ll workshop the name.
It was not big for apple but the mini has a pretty huge fan base, practically any other company would have loved the numbers…. I’ll keep my 13 mini going as long as I can, hopefully apple will throw us another bone before it reaches obsolescenceThey've tried the small phone experiment. For two years. It wasn't a big seller.

Millions… only small by apple standardsThe fan base wasn’t huge enough.
Sure, but not enough for them to feel like it was worth continuing to develop. That says something.Millions… only small by apple standards
