This is a new one I just discovered... I've never heard of it before.

Anyways, I made an alias to a folder, and I stuck it in one of my hierarchy (I think they refer to it as "list",) stacks... it doesn't behave like a normal folder in a hierachy stack.

...

Dang the stacks are so buggy... and they really just don't work the way they were expected to anyways.

Edit: Doesn't change the fact I love and use them a lot. I just wish Apple would fix the dang bugs with disappearing labels/icons in the stack/dock. It never happened under 10.4.x...

I'm not sure what you mean by "It doesn't behave like a normal folder". I created a folder and put an alias to a PDF I use frequently then placed the folder in my Applications stack. I use the list view as well. I launched the stack and choose my folder with the alias and it launched my PDF just fine. Stacks actually works well, I don't notice any bugs.
