macOS 11.6.3 on 2019 MBP16
Preview, Excel etc.
Trying to "Save As.." causes the dialog to hang for a few seconds. I can only escape - not able to change the folder or the file name
com.apple.appkit.xpc.openAndSavePanelService does not report any problems
Disk Utility First Aid done (no effect).
Any other ideas?
Suggestions to reset SMC / PRAM will be ignored.
A reboot fixes it - but this has happened a few times over the past week.
